Cancellation Policy
Hey there! Please take the time to read over my cancellation policy. ☺️
Alex London Salon requires AT LEAST 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment, otherwise 50% of the price of your booked service(s) will be charged to the card on file. If you want to AVOID this charge, you must book within 7 DAYS OR LESS of your original appointment.
This cost is set in place to cover the various costs required to prepare for your custom, anticipated appointment. It also helps amend the financial implications associated with an appointment cancellation that does not offer enough time to be filled.
In order to gently remind you of your appointment, you will be asked to confirm 72hrs in advance and receive lots of friendly reminders along with that. Life gets busy, so we're here to help you make sure you remember your self-care, hair days! 🤍
No-shows will be charged 50% of the booked service(s).
We want you to have your dream hair! Dissatisfied clients are absolutely welcome & encouraged to reach out with any concerns within 7 DAYS OR LESS for any adjustments/fixes within reason! We so appreciate & respect how much you invest in our services and will do everything we can to make sure you are confident with your investment. However, as a gentle reminder, refunds are not offered once the service is completed.
